The track layout was similar to the one seen in 2012 and provided excellent passing opportunities to make for some exciting racing.

In the Touring Stock class, Buck took his ORCA powered XRAY T4 to TQ runs in all 3 rounds of qualifying. Rice would line up for the mains in 7th. The triple A mains were dominated by Buck, with the XRAY driver taking the first two mains flag to flag for the win. Rice managed to recover from his 7th place starting spot, taking one of the fastest cars on the track to the 3rd spot overall.

In the XRAY/RC America sponsored TC Modified class, Buck would also take the TQ. Buck TQ’d in Q1 and Q3, with Rice taking Q2. The two XRAY/RC America drivers would line up 1-2 for the finals. Buck took two clean flag to flag victories in this class as well to take the win. Rice kept a steady pace in the Modified class, which led to him finishing up 2nd overall.
